Help Desk (Level 1)

Help Desk Level 1 is a basic level of support for the everyday user. From printing to browser issues - Orbital will quickly resolve the current problem. If for any reason - the issue will be quickly executed to Technical Support Level 2. Most of all network and computer issues are resolved in Help Desk Level 1.

 

Technical Support (Level 2)

Technical Support Level 2 is a much more advanced and serious support level for clients. When the issues are not resolved on Help Desk Level 1 it becomes an emergency administrative support issue which gets resolved in Technical Support Level 2

 

 

RBT Packages

This is a very popular package for all businesses. For small and medium sized businesses, this is an ideal package for those high IT budget costs. Problems are prevented and the network and PCs are maintained daily. As for an hourly technician, they have to troubleshoot and fix a costly issue which could've been prevented and probably cost your company hundreds or thousands of dollars for that hour or day.

Large/Enterprise companies have this package as a consulting or security prevention service. Orbital will hack into their network and find security holes in their system/network - problem is resolved. Orbital finds these security holes first before other malicious attackers do. Another service is training employees/contractors security procedures so information does not fall in the wrong hands. There are two kinds of attackers: employees and strangers.

 

Hourly Support
